The CG15 wedges that are available in golf stores are NON-CONFORMING for use on the PGA tour. As far as playing on mini-tours, you'll have to check with the officials on the respective tours to see if they have adopted the condition of competition. If you plan on playing US Open local qualifiers, you are OK with non-conforming wedges until 2011. If you make it to the sectional qualifying, you'll have to use the new conforming grooves. Clear as mud, right?

It's all detailed here:

http://www.usga.org/news/2009/September/Questions---Answers---Implementation-Of-New-Rules-Regarding-Grooves/

If you have any more questions, let me know and I'll try to answer them!
