		<description>John,

Did not know you talked with Clay Long. I caddied for him Back when I was a kid. He made me my driver and gave me a few lessons. I still to this day have never seen a better comeback in a US open Qualifier. We were in Atlanta, Georgia and he started like a pig...Bogeys were flying and then he decided not to give up. He must have rolled off 100 birdies in a row. That might be stretching it a bit, but the show was very very good. We missed the cut, but I can speak for myself in saying it was an inspiration. My game would not be the same without Dabbs Clayton Long.

Keep it in the short grass,

<description>What a great interview and very interesting as not many people get to hear about craftsmen like Clay Long. He certainly has an illustrous resume. If I had the money I would love to try out his putters and the new wedges.
